Signing off for a short break: Kwa heri Kenya, Karibu UK

Our compound Ibis form a reception committee
The Ibis in our compound bid us “Hello” and “Goodbye” as we come and go

We won’t be updating the blog for a while as we are taking a bit of leave and from tomorrow making a quick trip back to the UK . We will be having a mini-break with our good friends Paul and Lynn on their narrowboat as well as spending some much needed time with our family. On our return to Kenya in early September, we will re-enter the country on what we pray will be our final temporary visa and we will hopefully receive our work permits not long afterwards.

Till next time, fellow travellers!

  1. You deserve a break – enjoy your time with the family. Maybe, just maybe we will bump into you in Chichester! Take care

  2. So looking forward to seeing you both… Last time we were there we gave the boat a top to toe, inside and outside clean in your honour!! xx

We'd love to have your feedback so please do leave a comment
